Mr. Frost, every since John Scragy announced to the world that he and the “covenant” creationists had carried the day within the ranks of hyperpreterism and defeated you and the Biblical account of creation I’ve been perplexed as to how I could assist you in proclaiming the truth about God and his creation as accounted in Genesis 1 & 2.  You see, I believe the Darwinist model packaged in the guise of “covenant creation” is a fundamental assault against God.  How anyone can posit that the “Image of God” evolved from a lower life form is beyond me as I’m sure it is with you as well

Therefore when I saw this recent sermon of James White I thought it may assist you in your apologetic defense of the Biblical account of creation against those in your ranks who have opted for the Darwinist model.

The link is to the sermon James White delivered to his home church in Phoenix, Arizona the evening after a recent debate he held with Dan Barker.  And while the sermon doesn’t cover the creation account, the topic couldn’t be more appropriate, “cunningly devised myths”.  Lasting less than 1 hour Dr. White gives a succinct overview of how to engage those who would seek to replace the biblical account with views spawned in atheism even though your opponent may be smarter than you.  His insight should enable you to expose their arguments for what they are, “cunningly devised myths”.  I trust the tips he provides in how to approach an opponent with a sound apologetic will assist you in removing from your ranks those who would posit man evolved from a subhuman creature.  I look forward to the day when the declaration can be heralded “covenant creation” has been thoroughly refuted and removed from the ranks of right minded, bible believing hyperpreterist’s.
